本アプリ「Exa-Vision」は、個人開発による試験的なプロダクトです。以下の事項に同意の上でご利用ください。
・本アプリの使用によって生じた、いかなる損害（データの消失、機器の故障、不利益など）についても、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
・AIによる解析・検索結果の正確性について、いかなる保証も行いません。
・本アプリは個人が趣味および学習の範囲で開発・公開しているものです。
・不具合の修正や機能追加などの更新は、開発者の裁量により不定期に行われます。
・開発者の都合により、ストアでの公開（新規配布）を予告なく停止する場合があります。ただし、すでにインストール済みのアプリについては、公開停止後も引き続きご利用いただけます。本アプリはローカル完結型（サーバーを介さない設計）であるため、開発者側からユーザーのデータを消去したり、機能を強制的に停止したりすることはありません。
・Google Drive APIの仕様変更等により、同期機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。その際の責任も負いかねます。
Exa-Vision is a personal and experimental project. The developer shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss or hardware failure, arising from the use of this application. Updates and support are provided irregularly at the developer's sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
While distribution on the Google Play Store may be discontinued at any time, installed applications will remain functional. Because this app operates entirely locally and does not rely on a developer-managed server, the developer cannot remotely disable the app or access your private data. Your information remains under your total control.
